At Kalyri, we are committed to delivering your jewelry with speed, safety, and care. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders will be processed and delivered.

🚚 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.

📦 Shipping Time & Delivery

We currently ship across India. Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays or weather conditions.

🛡️ Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), a small service fee may apply (if enabled).

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email or phone number.

  • You can track your shipment on the courier’s website using this number.

📦 Packaging

All items are securely packaged in tamper-proof and eco-friendly boxes, ensuring that your jewelry reaches you in perfect condition.

❗ Undelivered or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Please verify with neighbors, guards, or the delivery service.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery to investigate the issue.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after marked delivery by the courier, but we will assist to the best of our ability.
